Description
It was getting tiresome trying to figure out what color code to use so I made this program. By using scroll bars or the windows color dialog box, you can select a color and the program will generate a hex code to be used (classic mode). There is also the full function mode in which you pick a text color, link color, vlink color, and an active link color and the program will generate a body tag.
